Our chefs prepare this traditional dish with tenderized cutlets dipped in egg, rolled in seasoned breading (oregano, marjoram, sage, and basil) and crisped in olive oil.  Chicken is  topped with our own fresh marinara sauce and smothered in  parmesan cheese. 

To complement the meat, we serve a creamy yet firm risotto cake baked with Parmesan cheese and herbs, and steamed broccoli florets tossed with a few slivers of sweet red bell pepper.
